1. About Interior Select

Interior Select is a free interior designer matching and referral service operated by Tone Interiors Ltd, registered in England and Wales under Company Number 13504745.

2. What We Do

Interior Select is a referral and matching service only. We connect homeowners (clients) with vetted interior designers in our network. We do not:

• Provide interior design services ourselves
• Execute any design work or renovations
• Employ or directly manage any designers
• Guarantee design outcomes or project completion

When we match you with a designer, you will communicate and contract directly with that designer. The contract for design services is between you and the designer, not with Interior Select.

3. Service is Free

Interior Select is a free service. We charge no fees to homeowners for:

• Submitting your project details
• Being matched with interior designers
• Receiving designer quotations and consultations
• Our matching and referral service

Designers in our network may charge fees for their design services. Any charges for design work or consultations are set by the individual designer and are not determined by Interior Select. You agree to the designer's terms directly with them.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we vet designers in our network and require them to meet our standards, we cannot guarantee:

• That a designer will accept your project
• The quality or outcome of design work
• That a project will be completed on time or on budget
• Availability of designers in your area
• Designer responsiveness or communication

The relationship between you and any designer is solely between you and that designer. We do not supervise, control, or manage design contracts. Our vetting process assesses designer credentials and professionalism but does not guarantee performance.

5. How to Use Interior Select

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in our lead form
• Be a homeowner or authorised representative with authority to request design services
• Use the service for legitimate interior design consultation purposes only
• Not use the service to spam, harass, or mislead designers
• Comply with all applicable laws in your use of our service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Interior Select.

6. Your Responsibilities

When you submit your project details through our form:

• You agree to be contacted by Interior Select and matched designers via email, phone, or other contact methods you've provided
• You are responsible for communicating directly with designers about your project
• You are responsible for reviewing designer credentials and references independently
• You are responsible for negotiating and agreeing designer fees, timelines, and terms
• You are responsible for the contract you enter into with any designer

7. Designer Network

Interior Select maintains a network of vetted interior designers. Designers in our network have agreed to our vetting standards and data protection obligations. However:

• Designers operate independently as sole traders or separate businesses
• Interior Select does not employ or directly supervise designers
• Designers are responsible for their own performance and conduct
• Your contract for design services is with the individual designer, not with Interior Select

We reserve the right to remove designers from our network at any time if they fail to maintain our standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Interior Select is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our service
• We are not responsible for the conduct, performance, or reliability of any designer in our network (e.g., delays, poor workmanship, disputes, or non-completion)
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disappointments arising from your interaction with any designer (e.g., dissatisfaction with design, wasted time, financial loss, or project failure)
• We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or disputes that occur during design work performed by a designer
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us (which is zero, as our service is free)

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability. If applicable law prohibits these limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Interior Select, Tone Interiors Ltd, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our service
• Any information you provide to us
• Your interaction with any designer in our network
• Any contract you enter into with a designer
• Any dispute between you and a designer
• Your violation of these terms

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Interior Select website (text, images, design, logos, graphics) is owned by Tone Interiors Ltd or licensed to us. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without permission
• Use our logo or branding without written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our technology

Any design work, drawings, or materials provided by a designer are the intellectual property of that designer, not Interior Select. Ownership and usage rights are determined by your contract with the designer.

11. Right to Cancel and Cooling-Off Period

For any paid services in the future: If Interior Select ever introduces paid services, you will have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided you have not requested delivery or performance to begin. Cancellation must be submitted in writing.

For our free matching service: You may withdraw your lead form information and stop using our service at any time by contacting us at hello@interiorselect.co.uk.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints About Interior Select

If you have a complaint about our matching service, contact us within 30 days:

We will respond to complaints within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, see Alternative Dispute Resolution below.

Disputes with Designers

Disputes about design services, fees, quality, or timeline are between you and the designer. Interior Select is not responsible for resolving designer disputes. You should:

• Contact the designer directly to discuss the issue
• Review your contract with the designer for dispute resolution procedures
• Consider mediation or small claims court if the dispute cannot be resolved

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If you cannot resolve a complaint with Interior Select through our complaints process, you may be eligible to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme. The Consumer Disputes Regulations 2015 requires us to inform you of this option, even though we do not currently use a certified ADR scheme.

If Interior Select introduces paid services in the future, we may join an ADR scheme and will provide details at that time. You can find out more about ADR at:

13. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using Interior Select, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

14. Website Use and Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to hack, bypass security, or access unauthorised areas
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Interior Select staff or designers
• Spam or send multiple unsolicited submissions
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to block or remove users who violate these terms.

15. Modifications to Service

Interior Select may modify, suspend, or discontinue our service at any time with reasonable notice. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Interior Select if you:

• Violate these terms
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in harassment or illegal conduct
• Repeatedly misuse our service

17. Links to Third-Party Sites

Interior Select may contain links to third-party websites (designer websites, design blogs, etc.). We do not endorse or control these sites. You access them at your own risk and according to their own terms. Interior Select is not responsible for third-party content or policies.

18. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Any legal action or claim arising under these terms must be brought in the courts of England and Wales. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

19. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Interior Select regarding your use of our service. They supersede all previous agreements, understandings, and communications.
